• 2000 square foot minimum living space.
• Two car garages required except on approved lots of which the terrain is too severe.
• 75% masonry with mailbox enclosed in same material as the home.
• 40% building set back line. 10' side and read yard.
• Boats, campers and/or RVs will not be permitted to be parked in front of the home or in front of yard or street.
• Fences must be wood, iron or masonry, with none higher than six feet on either side.
• Wrought iron fencing required on some lots.
• All construction must be approved by architectural control committee before construction begins.
• Maximum of two stories in height with some lots restricted to one story.
